Secure128 7 Day Refund Policy

If the certificate does not work as intended and you need to cancel or refund, Secure128 will cancel or refund fees following issuance or renewal of a True BusinessID, True BusinessID Wildcard, True Business ID with EV, Power Server ID, QuickSSL and QuickSSL Premium Certificate upon request by the Subscriber within seven (7) days of issue date. No refunds can be given after 7 days of issue date.

Simply send an email to billing@secure128.com including the domain name and order # in the subject line. Also include a phone number or email address so we may contact you in case of any issues or questions we have for your order.
