You will need to generate a new CSR to correct any errors or issues exposed in the decoder tool.

3. What is the Processing Time & Requirements for OV/EV Orders

OV=Organization Validated: 1-2 business days IF the following requirements are immediately followed:

a. Remove privacy block from WHOIS registrar record temporarily AND ensure domain registrant organization and address is consistent with SSL order details (include link to WHOIS)
b. Ensure the Organization name included in the CSR exactly matches the legally registered business name of the domain owner
c. Ensure the person listed as the Admin/Organization contact on the order is an employee of the legal organization with a corporate email address

EV = Extended Validation: 1-5 business days IF the following requirements are immediately followed:

a. Remove privacy block from WHOIS registrar record temporarily AND ensure domain registrant organization and address is consistent with SSL order details (include link to WHOIS)
b. Ensure the Organization name included in the CSR exactly matches the legally registered business name of the domain owner
c. Ensure the person listed as the Admin/Organization contact on the order is an employee of the legal organization with a corporate email address
d. Employment status of the person listed in 'c' above must be confirmed with the Human Resources Department using a publicly listed phone number. Please inform your HR department

Create a new CSR for the same domain your certificate is issued to and then Contact Secure128 Support to initiate the process.

6. How do I get a Receipt/Invoice for my Purchase?

Secure128 automatically sends a receipt email to the account User Name email address when you complete any transaction with us. If you need something customized, please send a request to billing@secure128.com

7. How do I Cancel my Order & Get a Refund?

If your order is within 30 days of issuance, CLICK HERE and log in to your Secure128 account portal for direct access to your Order History, locate the order to cancel and click the "CANCEL" button to the right of your order details and follow instructions. NOTE: An email confirmation will be required if your order has already been completed.

8. Where do I See a List of all my Orders with Secure128?

CLICK HERE and log in to your Secure128 account portal for direct access to your Order History and reporting options.

9. How do a Reissue my Existing SSL with a New CSR?

Create a new CSR for the same domain (common name) your certificate is issued to and then CLICK HERE and log in to your Secure128 account portal for direct access to your Order History, locate the order to cancel and click the "REISSUE" button to the right of your order details and follow instructions.

10. How can I Check when all my Certificates Expire?

CLICK HERE and log in to your Secure128 account portal for direct access to the "Customer Reports" function of your account, select "Expiring Orders" from the dropdown menu, and click the "Refresh Report" button to run your expiring certificates report.
