Use this checklist to ensure that you’re protecting your computer, your home network, and your personal identity.
Personal Security Checklist
  • Before I make a purchase online, I verify that the site is secured.
  • None of my social networking profiles are publicly displayed.
  • I don’t open or download attachments in emails from people I don’t know.
  • I change my passwords frequently and avoid obvious passwords.
  • I keep my anti-virus software updated.
