Established in 2007 by CEO Anthony Ricci and Sr. VP of Sales/Managing Partner Anthony Capodicasa, Secure128 is a subsidiary of the New York technology consulting firm RSoft Consulting, Inc., founded by Ricci in 1999. Rounding out the trio of expert-level industry executives at the helm of Secure128 is Chief Marketing Officer/Managing Partner John Monnett, who joined the company in 2008.

Anthony has achieved a track record of success over a 20-plus year career in the IT security industry. Drawing on a broad network of industry relationships formed as a top-performing sales development and account management specialist with leading SSL providers VeriSign (now Symantec) and GeoTrust, Anthony has been instrumental in building Secure128 from a startup firm in 2007 to the Top 10 Symantec partner in the U.S. and Top 30 globally by 2015. Providing a portfolio of business-based IT security solutions, Secure128’s mission is driven in part by Anthony’s passion for the industry and commitment to delivering a first-rate customer experience for clients ranging from entrepreneurs and startups to large national enterprise companies. The success of Anthony’s leadership and Secure128’s winning combination – a blend of industry talent, strategic partnerships with brand leaders such as Symantec, and top-tier service – is reflected in the company’s consistent 20% year-over-year growth. Anthony is integral in directing the development of the company’s foundational sales and operations infrastructure.

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Oswego. Active in coaching sports for Fulton County athletic organizations, Anthony is a ten-year Roswell resident, where he lives with his wife and two young children.

An innovative marketing and business development executive with twenty plus years of experience in technology environments, John Monnett has achieved repeated success managing global business portfolios and developing key accounts. As Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner for Secure128, John’s responsibilities include expanding Secure128’s scope to strategically leverage international opportunities, sourcing new partnership opportunities, opening new business channels and leading the implementation/development of targeted marketing/branding initiatives. Previous to joining Secure128, John served as Sr. Account Manager for VeriSign (now Symantec) and GeoTrust (acquired by VeriSign). His “big picture” perspective from both sides of the industry enables him to “walk in the shoes” of business principals and corporate decision makers charged with determining a strategic path for their organization.

John received a BBA in Marketing and Small Business Management from the University of Toledo. He holds two Symantec Sales Expert certifications (SSE and SSE+), and completed both the Google Analytics Academy and Digital Summit Intensive Training Program. A devotee of sports in general, John is an avid fan of most organized sports as both a fan and a participant . A 16-year Atlanta resident, he and his spouse of four years recently relocated to New York City. World travelers, John and his wife have not only visited 20 countries, but they also lived and worked in England for a year.
